The location of the guesthouse was perfect for my stay in Dublin. Being within walking distance of the RDS and just a short distance from the Aviva Stadium, it made attending events a breeze. The proximity to St Stephen's Green also allowed for easy access to the city center.
Water pressure in the bathroom.

the location was very convenient, with a bus stop right in front of the house. the room was spacious and had a nice desk/table for work. the wifi was reliable and there was a good selection of TV channels. I appreciated the small kitchen in the room, which had all the necessary utensils, plates, cups, and even tea/coffee making facilities. Free parking was a definite plus. the owner and staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. it was a good value for money accommodation.
Nothing negative to say 👍

The room was spacious and came with a refrigerator and coffee/tea making facilities, which was a nice touch. the price was great, especially considering the location near a major venue. the free parking was a huge perk - it saved us a lot of hassle and money.
The room was quite cold, despite having a radiator. the draft from the window made it difficult to get it warm enough.

The room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location couldn't have been better, just a short stroll from the city center, no need for the bus. The location was very convenient for my business trip, with good connectivity to transportation and nearby amenities. The room was adequately equipped with a desk and good Wi-Fi, making it easy to get work done. the free parking was a definite plus.
The room was uncomfortably cold, with a constant draft coming in through the windows and a radiator that provided minimal relief. the lack of staff present made it difficult to address any concerns or issues that arose during my stay, such as the loud talking and smoking of other guests right outside my door.

Great location, with easy access to public transportation and nearby shops and cafes. the communal kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to have coffee, tea, and breakfast without having to go out. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The rooms were smaller than expected, and the shower was tiny with low water pressure. the room was also quite cold, and the windows didn't provide much insulation.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, not far from all the main attractions. It's close to a bus stop and a station just 5 minutes away, and right beside the no 4 bus stop from the city centre. the rooms are equipped with facilities such as coffee and tea making facilities. the staff is generally friendly, and the communal kitchen is well equipped.
The room was quite small and stuffy with only one small window that was locked shut.
